Location

The Location is a means by which you can organize your virtual equipment to correspond to your physical equipment.

For example, the Core may be in Rack 1.

1. Click in the Location property field; the " Default Location" is highlighted.
2. Type the name of the new location. Once you have entered the new Location name, it is available on the pull-down for the Location property for other Inventory devices.

When you have given the location a name, the Core is now displayed under the new location. Any other equipment you identify as being in that location display under that location.
